Will the comet hit or will it miss? Are we one breath away from total destruction?

Again, a darker piece in my series. Maybe! This is three dimensional space, after all. It could miss, no matter how much it looks like it's aimed right for earth. 

Let us also not miss the nebula that had gathered around. The earth was born from such a nebula long ago. So, even if we are hit, our space dust will eventually be gathered once more and formed into something else. In that way, our whole universe is one giant cradle in which we find both death and birth.
