Do a quick search on Google (or your favorite search engine) for "Do stars make sounds" and a number of videos and articles will be at your fingertips. 

Not only that, but we cute little earthlings have broadcast our own sounds into space.

And one this one little planet way out there, our frequencies have reached it's atmosphere and become visible.
