There is something about this painting that has a dear place in my heart. I love the darker nebula clouds in the foreground near the base of the painting. I spent a long time staring at them as I was working on this painting.

I gave it the simple name of "Space" because I kept having space themed thoughts as I was working. Needing space. Having space. Clear space. Clean space. Space of my own. Art space. Writing space. Space to think. Space of a good mindset. You get the point. So, it was a painting that gave me some of the distance and space I needed. I certainly hope that the energy it gave me while I was creating it continues on with the collector who decides they want it hanging on their wall.
